Brief Answer:
8 hours period required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
At least 8 hours should pass between intake of these two medications since these may have same effect on drowsiness and sedation. It would be also good to avoid driving if you experience significant sedative effect. Wish you good health. Regards

I ve been experincing alot of arms and legs tingling and dizziness almost daily I m currently on Depakote, zoloft, Trazodone, and Visteral for my bipolar disorder and never felt these things before I started the meds, so I m thinking it s got something to do with the meds. I get vertigo alot, and actually had to call an ambulance one time and go to the hospital cuz I was so incredibly woozy I almost passed out and was vomiting alot! Felt horrible.

It is the weekend and am concerned about blood pressure. Last 3 readings: 140/88, 133/106, 137/105. Also have pounding headache in back of skull and top of head like a throbbing migraine. Saw my primary in May. All blood tests and EKG normal. Was taking Lisinopril HCTZ 20/12.5. My concern was swollen ankles so Dr. switched me to Lisinopril tabs 20mg & Lasix 40mg. I have not felt well since the switch. I have been treated for HBP about 15 years, am 56 and do smoke. Last 2 days have taken Lisinopril twice a day and 1/2 Lasix. Dr. told me I could do that as long as I monitor myself. Have not had numbers in 100s for a long time. Other medications are Aciphex 20mg, trazodone 100mg, sertraline 150mg and the lisinopril 20mg & lasix. I just do not feel well and need some advice. I will call my dr. on Monday to discuss. Thank you.

I have had a sleep disorder since 2002.It started after living in a severly mold infested apartment.I have no doubt I was traumatised by this.I spent 9 years with a phycologist.I have been on many of the well known anti depressants.Over the years,I relied on Ambian CR for my sleep accompanied by anti deprssants.I took myself off these meds several years ago to see if I could restrore normal sleep habits.it seems I do not have the ability to fall asleep for any length of time.Until recently,I would lie awake and wait out the night time hours.I found a phscopharmocologist in Pa when living in Delaware.I was put on Amitripaline and another antidepressant I cant remember. It got me back to a more restful night. The meds caused horriffic constipation.I have had triple stent surgery in 2012 and tacycardia surgery in 2009.After coming back to New York,my old primary care MD took me off of these meds over a several week period.I was put on trazodone to see if it helped. It works but not well.Lately,I have been able to catch what I call power naps. They occur at all different times of the day. They vary in length. While comming off of this Amitrip now,I have a constant dull headache, which is most uncomfortable.Tylenol doesnt help.I have ITP(low platelets)I cant take anythinf else.At the suggestion of my daughter,I want to find another Physcopharmacologist in New York to sort through my problem and hopefully find a cure.
