Brief Answer:
Can be used together

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Terazosin effect is decreased by ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is an NSAID. NSAIDs decrease the production of prostaglandins. The effects need to be monitored in terms of its antihypertensive effect or for BPH. Short term use of ibuprofen may not affect Terazosin significantly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
