Brief Answer:
Dose can be reduced

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you i would like to tell you that in my opinion you can reduce the dose of metoprolol to 25mg and rest continue with the medicines as before.

After reducing the dose to 25mg monitor your blood pressure daily at same time in the evening. After reducing the dose it should improve.

I hope this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards
