Brief Answer:
they are too many to mention all!

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Sudefed comes in many formulations. I'll refer to sudafed cold and cough which is a very commonly used formulation. Sudafed contains four active substances. Acetaminophen is the "simplest" one and no serious interactions apply for most drugs. Caution is only required to avoid taking too much acetaminophen (paracetamol is another name of this drug) each time or as a total daily dose by taking other acetaminophen-containing drugs concurrently.

Guaifenesin is another "innocent" drug. No serious interactions are in its characteristics.

The rest of the ingredients (dextromethorphan and phenylephrine) may have some serious interactions with various drugs.

In total more than 400 drugs may interact with sudafed. This involves more than 2000 brand names. They are too many to mention here! Just remember that disorders like arterial hypertension and arrhythmias may worsen when taking this drug. Interactions may augment this side effect. This is just a general notion though. More interactions may apply.

Please ask me about any drug you want to use and I'll be glad to provide all the necessary details.
