Brief Answer:
There is a possibility of drug-drug interactions.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam, Hi
Thanks for approaching healthcare magic for your query.

1. Yes, taken together these medications may interact.

Desvanlafaxine may cause blood sodium levels to get reduced (hyponatremia).
Taking it with Spironolactone can increase that risk resulting in vomiting, headache, lethargy, irritability, difficulty concentrating, memory impairment, confusion, muscle spasm, weakness or unsteadiness,.

Desvenlafaxine can also affect your BP and heart rate. You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring of your BP and pulse to safely use both medications.

You should avoid rising abruptly from a sitting or lying position while taking these medications, especially at the beginning of treatment or after an increase in dose.

2. For the symptomatic relief from nausea and vertigo drugs like Meclizine or Prochloperazine can be effective as and when required. However, their frequent or long-term use can result in sedation (drowsiness) and poor balance function with a tendency to falls.

3. Steroids have also been helpful in treating hydrops because of their anti-inflammatory properties. They can reverse vertigo, tinnitus, and hearing loss, probably by reducing endolymphatic pressure. However their long term use may cause certain side effects.

Hope I could answer your queries, however if you have any follow up query please do reply.
Best regards.
