Does Sertraline Show False Positive For Marijuana In A Drug Test?

Question: my grandson is taking sertraline hcl 50 mg. he is taking premployment drug tests. he used marijuana over 30 days ago but is still getting positive indications. is it possible the sertraline is causing this positive reading for marijuana? thank you.
