detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

Since the drugs you are taking are anti-hypertensive drugs ,it is not a good idea to stop the treatment. The consequence might be a serious and dangerous rise in blood pressure.
Instead you should discuss it with your treating doctor to find the best solution.
Acid reflux can be the cause of your symptoms (heartburn and sore throat ).In this case ,the stomach acid moves up into esophagus causing irritation and inflammation.
Your doctor can prescribe you a medication to inhibit the acid production in stomach.Diet modifications are also important.
If nothing works ,then your doctor may change your blood pressure medication.
It is not a good idea to stop completely blood pressure. Please consult it with your treating doctor.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
