Brief Answer:
yes in most cases

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

salbutamol may interact with an ingredient of dayquil (pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine) which is not part of all dayquil formulations. You should check the box for the active substances. If a decongestant is included then salbutamol may cause more cardiovascular side effect like a fast heart rate, high blood pressure or arrhythmia. In most cases these side effects are minor and self-limited (when stopping the drugs).

If salbutamol already causes side effects on its own then using it with a decongestant will cause more. If you tolerate salbutamol (particularly at high doses) then you can try using both...

In any cases, if you develop a very fast heart rate (faster than 120 beats per minute) or irregular heartbeat then you should visit your doctor for assessment.

I hope it helps!
Kind regards!
