Brief Answer:
yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

rosuvastatin and other statins are well-known for causing such symptoms. About 10% of patients will experience muscle-related side effects. If the symptoms are serious then stopping rosuvastatin and checking your creatine phosphokinase (CPK) would be recommended. You should consult your doctor for alternative treatment.

Kind Regards!
