Brief Answer:
There is no need to stop Pradaxa.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
I have gone through your notes. The OPD procedure is a minor procedure. Usually it does not cause excessive bleeding. Therefore there is no need to stop Pradaxa. Since she had DVT just three weeks ago, it is necessary that she takes it without a break.
If at all she bleeds, there is a very effective antidote available for Pradaxa. So do not worry.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
