I am so sorry to hear about this trouble you have swallowing. This is not a side effect of Norco. If I may ask, what surgery and you going to have and what is the reason for which you would be taken off this medication?

Thank you for your answer. I am having a lamenotomy due to spinal stenosis. Hopefully it will help with my constant pain and I won't have to have pain meds any longer. I was wondering about the Norco because it makes my throat so dry.
Brief Answer:
Norco can cause that!.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up precision.
If this is the type of swallowing difficulty you refer to, then norco is known to cause this side effect in some clients taking it.
I hope it gets better as you most likely get off it after the laminectomy to get the spinal stenosis addressed fully.
I wish you the best of possible outcomes with this surgery. I wish you a speedy and full recovery as well.
Thanks.
