Brief Answer:
When was your last menstrual period?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I very much hope that together we would get to figure out what the cause is and address it so as to help you feel better.

When was your last menstrual period? Have you been having any unprotected sexual intercourse? With you being on nexplanon and a negative pregnancy test, the chances of you getting pregnant are very minimal and almost zero.

Frequent urination? Is it in small quantities or large quantities? If it is in small volumes, this could be suggestive of a urinary tract infection alongside the abdominal cramping. If this is the case, then please get a urine test to check this out.

Mood swings, nauseam bloating and sensitivity to smells could represent fluctuation in the level of sex hormones during a normal menstrual cycle. This is often referred to as premenstrual syndrome.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
Please, get this checked out!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank youso uch for this follow up information.

It is not normal for you to bleed all month long. This is really worrisome. It is either caused by another disease condition or related to the nexplanon as a side effect. After a complete exam and investigations, if no other cause is identified, then nexplanon would be the most likely reason why.

I will recommend that you get back to your OBGYN and get this addressed fully. Please, it is not normal and doing nothing is no solution.

With urine in large quantities, this is not suggestive of an infection. I will not be dwelling much on this at this time.
