There are plenty of magnesium preparations available in the market like....oxide,malate,citrate,chloride etc.
Current studies and data indicate that there is no sufficient evidence to suggest superiority of one form of magnesium over others. In fact clinical studies indicate that all forms of magnesium are able to correct the deficiency and are effective.
In case you are finding problem with oxide form,you can try malate.
