I have gone through the details. There is no harm in taking MCT oil powder in moderation.

MCT (medium chain triglycerides) oil powder does not have insulin in it but it does not use insulin to form energy in our body. Usually, on a high carb diet, our body depends on the pancreas to release insulin to shuttle glucose into our cells.

But MCT oil powder reduces blood sugar levels and stimulates the liver to form ketones from the fat deposited in our body and forms energy. That way insulin is not needed and also the blood sugar levels will be controlled.
