Brief Answer:
Lyrica doesn't cause diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi mam, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Dear Mam, Your values shows a rise in sugar levels. If this is the first time you discovered, then try out exercise and diet control measures which could help you in controlling sugar levels. Monitor blood sugar levels every 2-3wks. for 2 months along with diet and exercises. If still sugar levels are high then medication is required.

Lyrica is pregabilin drug which is very much used in neuropathic pain. It is even very effective in diabetics to reduce neuropathic complication. As far as standard literatures, that doesn't cause diabetes.

Hope this guides you. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.
Wishing you good health.
