Brief Answer:
both are safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Zinnat is a cephalosporin and is routinely prescribed in pregnant females to combat bacterial infections because it is safe for both mother and baby.
Lonart is an antimalarial drug and out of all antimalarials it is the safest and best acting drug with earliest clearance of parasite from the body.
So you just keep your worries aside and continue the pregnancy with high spirits.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
folic acid tablet

Detailed Answer:
You are most welcome dear.
Start with folic tablet once a day now itself.
And get all the tests and ultrasound after examination by a gynecologist.
