Brief Answer:
it may do so...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

diarrhea is one of the commonest side effects of lisinopril. It may occur in up to 1 out of 10 patients taking lisinopril. If this is a symptom that started when you started taking lisinopril and it's too annoying to bear with then you should talk with your doctor about alternatives. A common alternative to this drugs class is a similar drug class called "angiotensin receptor blockers" (ARB). Commonly used ARBs include valsartan, irbesartan, candesartan, etc.

Kind Regards!
