Brief Answer:
Continue medications and rehabilitation therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Krill oil is rich in omega 3 fatty acid. It is not recommended by FDA for administration in stroke and no guideline advocates its use.
The best treatment for stroke is proper diet and physical activities.
Control of blood pressure and any other risk factors like dyslipidemia, smoking, alcohol, diabetes.
All the drugs prescribed are necessary for ischemic stroke.
Paracetamol can be reduced if not needed.
Physiotherapy along with speech therapy plays an important role.
There is no reported interaction of krill oil with these medications.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Not recommended in stroke

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Evidence regarding use of Krill oil in stroke is lacking.
The reported side effects are abdominal complains like bloating, nausea, diarrhoea.
In patients taking anti platelet drugs like aspirin or clopidogrel , bleeding risk may increase.
Its safety in stroke cases is not established though other usefulness like improvement in lipid profile, hypertension have been shown in reports.
I will not recommend at this point of time.
