Brief Answer:
Infection, autoimmune causes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Globulin has many fractions - alpha, beta and gamma.
Globulin raises due to many different causes like infection, inflammation and autoimmune and blood related issues.

I would advise you to get a serum protein electroporesis done first to know which fraction of globulin is raised to plan further tests.

The tests that are you are getting done are for autoimmune causes.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
