Does Isotretinoin Help Cure Sore Throat?

Question: I am taking isotretinoin 20 mg per day for 3 weeks now. I have got a cold/sore throat. What medicine can I take for a cold. Can i take Levocetrizine/cetrizine (5mg)?

Also, is it ok to take albendazole tablets for deworming while taking isotretinoin ?
