Question: Natural conceiving or IVF better for me ., iam 34 yrs married 5 ms ago , recieve elonda., puregon 400 iiu per day this cyle , iam in 7th day my sonographic data as follow Iam ovulating in both ovaries 3 , 4 ovu for each one measuring range 11 mm , endometrial thickness 6.1 mm but I had a choclate cyst in the left ovary , my doctor will council with me and my husband in the 11 th dy and he will continue the puregon , citrotide for 9 th ,10th seeking for detailed and sincere advice about wt for nature or IVF

You are ovulating normally in both the ovaries with treatment. If all goes well there should not be any problem in natural conception. Natural conception may take 2-3 cycles to conceive. IVF is a surer and earlier way to conceive but if the ovulation is normal then natural conception should be tried.
