Brief Answer:
Reasonably high

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. Let me assure you that there is a significant chance of a fruitful pregnancy occurring. The chances would go up with the number of embryos transplanted.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy increased but IUI does not make pregnancy certain.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the clarification. In case of IUI intrauterine insemination causes the sperms to bypass the cervical mucosal plug. However, that does not make it essential for any of the sperms to fertilize the secreted ovum. Proper timing is still important and I assume that the timing has been estimated using folliculometry (a type of ultrasonography that sequentially assesses the maturity of the ovarian follicle to estimate the possible window of ovulation). Incidentally, a number of cycles might still be needed in order to attain pregnancy.

You will know that you are pregnant when you get your missed period. A confirmation with urine pregnancy test would also show whether you have become pregnant.
