Brief Answer:
it may potentiate some side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

these drugs may indeed interact and increase the potential for central nervous system side effects like dizziness, confusion, drowsiness, etc. This doesn't mean that you wouldn't be able to tolerate the combination. You can find out only by trying. Be sure to avoid any other drugs that cause central nervous system depression (including alcohol). Also watch for any unsteadiness you may experience when climbing stairs, driving, etc (you should avoid engaging into such activities).

I hope you find this information helpful!
Kind Regards!

Brief Answer:
it interacts the same way...

Detailed Answer:
Trazodone is another central nervous system depressant so expect even more risk for side effects from the central nervous system. If you've been tolerating your current regimen and you want to add hydrocodone then starting gradually will minimize the risk for side effects. If you already had trouble with trazodone and gabapentin then you'll probably have even more when adding hydrocodone.
