Brief Answer:
Can be taken

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Health care magic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Both of the medicines are well within recommended dosage and can be taken together if necessary. The chances of toxicity or drug interactions are minimal at 300 mg gabapentin and 2 mg diazepam.

However I like to state that both medications have overlapping actions and it may not be necessary to use them together in most instances.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks again.

Brief Answer:
Follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.

Propranolol causes low blood pressure that could be the reason for having dizziness. So it is important to get checked your blood pressure and if it is low dose of propranolol need to be reduced.

However the dose of 30 mg propranolol per day along with 300 mg gabapentin and 2 mg diazepam can be taken provided there are no limiting side effects such as dizziness.

I hope this helps you further.

why do I wake up with the tremors
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Ashok Kumar Choudhary (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
I think it is due to anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.

Although I have limited information about the problem but on basis of nature of prescription it seems you have tremors due to anxiety. Both gabapentin, diazepam are effective in anxiety disorders and its symptoms such as tremors. Similarly propranolol lowers down the autonomic nervous system tone leading to reduction of tremors.

As all the prescribed medications have common anti anxiety properties I feel with proper use of medications you will be able to control your tremors.

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards.
