Brief Answer:
aspirin in excedrin is the problem, risk of bleeding with warfarin

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Excedrin contains acetaminophen (found in tylenol), caffeine and aspirin. It is the aspirin that would pose a problem because of the risk of bleeding associated with the combination of aspirin (and other NSAIDs) and warfarin

It would be risky to use any of these meds with warfarin.
It is possible that you may not have an effect at all but on the other hand it is also possible that a bleed might occur, it is unfortunately not something that can be predicted.

Potentially you can use a form of caffeine along with the tylenol or ask your doctor to prescribe another form of pain relief such as codeine or tramadol to help with your headaches.
These meds would not increase your bleeding risk.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
