Brief Answer:
Endometrin will not help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Endometrin contains progesterone which is a female hormone. It will not help you for low testosterone levels. It is best not to take any such hormonal medicine without consulting your physician.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

what course of action should take. my concern is not so much the low testosterone( unless that is the root) as am with the low libido. what can I do to increase my sex drive. Endometrin... petty much the exact opposite from what I was told. I was told that the progesterone was a male hormone. is there any benefit to the wife to use the rest of it or is it just trash now?

Brief Answer:
Endometrin alone will not help her now.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Endometrin is given in a cyclic way according to the periods to help in conception. It alone will not help her in conception. Rather taking it now can disturb her normal menstrual cycles. It is best to throw it or take it if her gynecologist advises.
Libido is mainly controlled by the hormonal changes in our body.
You can have all the foods which increase the lust like celery, raw oysters, banana, avocado, almonds, eggs, figs, garlic, chocolate, etc.
Do following things for improvement of general health-
Regular exercises.
Do yoga and deep breathing exercises.
Take plenty of green vegetables and fresh fruits and drink plenty of water.
Avoiding smoking and alcohol.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
Regards.
