Brief Answer:
No major drug interactions

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
Diane 35 are combined hormonal contraceptive pills containing cyproterone acetate and ethinyl estradiol.
As per available literature, there are no major drug interactions between Diane 35 and cremaffin.
So, you can take them as prescribed, but better to maintain at least one hour gap between intake of these two drugs to avoid any unknown minor drug interactions.
Take care.

I am currently on metsmall 500mg and raviron along with Diane 35..these two tablets led to constipation which brought back the old problem of anal fissure...can nitroglycerin ointment be used with this mix of tablets or will there be any drug interactions?

Possibility of drug interactions are less

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Iron supplements like raviron and sometimes metformin may lead to complications.
Taking of plenty of water, green leafy vegetables, fruits etc can help in decreasing constipation.
Local application of nitroglycerin ointment may not lead drug interactions with these systemic drugs as per available studies. So, you may follow your doctor's prescription.
