Brief Answer:
You should take the second dose.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Taking Diane 35 as an emergency contraceptive is an effective option to prevent pregnancy. Since you are not taking it regularly, just taking 2 doses will not affect the breast feeding much. It can decrease the feed to some extent for a few days. You should take the second dose to avoid the third pregnancy.
The breast feeding will return to normal in next 2-3 days. You need not stop feeding. It will not affect the baby.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
It will not affect the baby.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You may have some irregular bleeding for next few days. There will not be much hormonal effect on the baby since it is a single dose and you are not taking the contraceptive continuously.
Hope my answer is helpful.
