Does Brovana Interact With Lisinopril, Metoprolol And HCTZ?
Question: when i take brovana close to the time i take lisinopril, metoprolol, and HCTZ (all taken together), i seem to get low heart rate (50- 60 bpm or a little less) (bradycardia) that does not seem to increase with exercise or walking. what do you recommend i do, since i get a little dizzy, and lightheaded (sortof "swimming" like feeling).

Brovona is a beta 2 stimulant and used for treatment of asthma. It may increase the heart rate but is not the cause of your bradycardia.
On the other hand Metoprolol is a beta blocker and decreases the heart rate. Check your blood pressure, if it is in the lower range, you may discuss reducing the dose of Metoprolol with your doctor. If the blood pressure is high, you may consider changing the medicine to another antihypertensive which doesn't reduce the heart rate. It may improve your asthma and reduce the need for Brovona also.
