Brief Answer:
Etizolam or Oxazepam are relatively safer

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Yes the benzodiazepines are good drugs to ease anxiety caused by Effexor or Abilify. These drugs help to relax individuals in anxiety and panic attacks by causing sedation and thus reduce the symptoms of anxiety.

If we consider benzodiazepines then most of benzodiazepines if used regularly for more than 4 weeks, are known to cause dependence. But newer drugs like Etizolam or Oxazepam are relatively safer in terms of dependence and don't cause much sedation. Some doctors even prescribe these drugs for longer duration to their patients. These are safe drugs.

Thanks, hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
