Brief Answer:
none

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Azithromycin would not play any role in treating reflux due to a cough. That type of cough should be treated with antacids or proton pump inhibitors.
Azithromycin is an antibiotic and might be prescribed it you had a cough due to an infection but not one due to reflux.
Other things you can do to lessen reflux are:
maintain a normal weight
avoid alcohol and tobacco
avoid large meals
avoid eating withing 4 hours of going to bed
Wishing you good health,
Dr. Robinson
