Brief Answer: can cause tinnitus and hearing loss Detailed Answer: Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic Aspirin is a possible cause of tinnitus in some persons. Tinnitus is the perception of sound in the ear when none is present. Persons may hear buzzing, ringing, whistling or other sounds. It can also be associated with hearing loss in some persons. In terms of vertigo and dizziness, it is not commonly associated with these complaints though persons may react differently to medication. Lower doses such as the 81mg would be associated with a decreased risk of side effects. I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
