Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:

Thanks for your query.

I would consider DHT in your query means Dihydrotestosterone.

No, Adderall does not affect the levels of DHT but yes can cause disturbances in erectile functioning of the male genital organ. This mostly is due to vascular disturbances caused by adderall but not hormonal.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Hi, I'm a very athletic and fit male 33 yrs old. I just had my physical and blood work done and all
Turned out "great" and in "normal" zones, except however for my dihydrotestosterone which is at "24". Im reading that the "normal" range is 25-75. I've been taking finasteride for 6 years,(1.25mg, 5times a week). My overall testosterone tested at 541and my Free T4 at 1.22. It reall seems to my research that my levels are on the VERY low end of the "normal" levels, especially since I'm going for the target levels of a VERY athletic and very healthy male... What is your opinion please? Thank you very much, Ryan

Hello I'm 20 and i do weight lifting and i would like to use anabolic boosters, not steroids, but something like this on the link below (copy and past to view): WWW.WWWW.WW But i'm afraid that with a testosterone level increased my level of DHT may also increase and therefore prone to hair loss, which obviously, i don't want to lose hair.So i was thinking about using a natural product called Saw Palmetto which blocks an enzyme called 5-alpha-reductase which is responsible for the convertion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone the one responsible for hair loss due to over accumulation on the top of the head. The Saw Palmetto product i'm thinking about buying is the one shown in the link below: WWW.WWWW.WW So my question is, is it safe to use both the anabolic booster and the DHT blocker at the same? And will the DHT blocker do any effect? Or is ok to just take the anabolic booster (with no side effects)?Best regards

dear doc... my problem is very simple but i am so confused.. I am 22years and excersise alot, really hate junk food.. have quit smoking about 3 years ago alchohol very rarely.... nothing else like this. but still face these two problems.
problem no.1.. for the last 6 years i am suffering from hair loss.. and my head crown is almost clear. and i had very thick and volumed hair which are now seem to be very very thin.. after a lot of research i found that this may be due to High DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) in my body...
Problem no 2 is that It seems that i am suffering from gynecomastia... due to high level of estrogen in my body.. so my earnest desire is to know what would be the exact reason behind all this and what are the names of hormonal test to be conducted to check the acute reasons for my illness... It would be really good if you consider my querry and show me the exact path..
