Brief Answer:
Possibly allergy to silver sulfadiazine cream

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Since your doctor prescribed Ivermectin, the most likely cause would be parasitic infection like scabies, body lice etc. Adderall do not cause or increase the risk of such infections. The Ivermectin will clear up the infection.

The itching can either be due to the underlying infection or allergy to silver sulfadiazine. If the itching is predominant immediately after applying the silver sulfa cream, then allergy is likely. Allergy to sulfa medications is very common. Silver sulfadiazine is used to prevent infection from repeated scratching.

So if your itching is when you apply the cream, then please be advised to discontinue the silver sulfa cream. You can also apply calamine lotion to soothe the skin. Also, take cetirizine 10 mg at bedtime to relieve itching.

Do not scratch your skin too much and use an antibacterial soap to prevent infection.

Hope this answers your question.
