Do Warts And Sore Mouth Indicate STD?

default
Posted on Thu, 30 Apr 2015
Question: I had a protected intercourse(condom-latex with no breakage )with a hooker on 1st January,2015 and after 4-5 days there is a single, small, thin, dry but not always ,round but not clear shape, not pimple type,no puss or wart on the head of my penis. The area is not red all the time but after touching and rubbing violently it becomes a bit bright.I dont have any weakness, nor any burning sensation during passing urine nor there is any itching in the area. I have a tight fore-skin also. Its now almost a month now and i am afraid i have contacted any STD.

It has also affected a bit on the corona.I used CANDID-B for last 6 days any warts and it has completely healed in penis.

I have also developed a mouth sore inside my cheeks which is painless on 08.02.15 and again on 31.03.2015/06.04.2015

The main reason I am getting frequent mouth problems as mentioned in the dates. Is worried aboutHIV?

I have no fever or any other problems till date. Except the mouth problems which look like ulcer and some loose motion.

HIV unlikely. Go for HIV antibodies test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome back to health care magic.
I have gone through the details and some photos sent as attachments in your earlier query.

The fungal infection in penis has subsided. It is not related to HIV.It can occur even in person without HIV.
The aphthous ulcers in oral cavity are known for recurrence. They are also not specific to HIV.They can occur in stress, or anxiety.
You can continue with oral mouth rinse, vitamin B supplements.
The chances of transmission of HIV is nil as it is protected intercourse.
You can go for HIV testing to relieve your anxiety. You can go for antibodies testing now as 3 months have elapsed .
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you

Sir,
Actually kindly brief about the antibodies test.

Regarding the two ulcers I had, it is seen that first the tissue where the ulcer appears breaks, then it becomes red and finally it takes the form of a ulcer to about 50 % and not fully 100%.

The condom surface which i used was not smooth but was bit dry like sand type and it didnt tear .

Kindly mention some basic and common HIV first stage symptoms?

Brief Answer:
ICTC centers or in private lab for HIV tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

The antibody tests for HIV are done at government centers called ICTCs .They do tests for antibodies, and pre and post test counseling.

You can get it done at any private established laboratory for antibodies test ,called Elisa for HIV.

The ulcer is due to apthous ulcer and you can continue same treatment. Get a dental examination done it appears there is periodontal infection/disease too.

The symptoms of HIV are non specific. It can present as fever, weight loss, diarrhea, skin rashes, candidiasis, lymph node swelling, cough with expectoration etc. They can occur in different conditions.
You can get back for any clarification.
