Do Recurrent Tremors After An Auto Accident Suggest Seizure?
Question: I've asked this before but lately I've been paranoid about seizure. I've been really shaky feeling since an auto accident three weeks ago. I'm in great shape and have no family history or personal history of seizure, I also don't think I have any risk factors (ie:healthy weight, no drugs, good blood and good bp. Sometimes I also feel numb in the face and hands. I have a bad case of health anxiety and not sure if this is the culprit. After my accident in the ER 4 CT Scans were performed and all came back great. I never get dizzy or light headed either. Resting HR is 48. Please let me know if these thoughts are just anxiety. Also, my health chart from the ER is attached please review Ct scan results.

Seizure may be due to many reasons.It may be due to idiopathic(without known reason)also.
I have gone through your reports.CT scan(Brain and cervical spine) are absolutely normal.
Your symptoms(dizziness and light headedness)may be due to concussion injury to head and neck sprain that you had 3 weeks ago.It may take some more days to settle.
You should take your medicines regularly.
In your health chart,blood pressure is also increased.You may need follow up for hypertension.You may need medicines if B.P is persistently increased.
Numbness in the face and hands may be due to anxiety.

So I shouldn't have to worry about seizure? My BP was only elevated because I was in the ER. Is seizure anything to even worry about anyways?
