Do lymphoma patients complain of night sweats?
in the last two week few times but not every time i woke up at night little moist in shirt and legs, but no need to change my cloths.
its specially when i woke up from deep sleep or deep dream. i read in google and saw that noght sweats are sign of lymphoma and i very scare.
i dont have any lump in my body or fever, just moist very little not too much.
i am one and half month in Diet to loose some weight i stopped eating junk or sweet and untill now lost 1.5 kg so my weight loosing is intenional.
my doctor didnt see any reason to send ne for any tests.
i am very afraid does sweating mean i am sick in lymphoma?
No, I don't think this is lymphoma.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
However, I don't think that these symptoms are worrisome for lymphoma. The weight loss is mild and intentional. The night sweats are also not suggestive of lymphoma as these are not drenching night sweats. I also note that you have been to a doctor who must have excluded enlarged lymph nodes or organs.
Hence I don't see any need for immediate referral to oncologist or hematologist.
Hope this helps.
i am afraid i will loose weight if it virus or dierriea and then it will be coneected to lymphoma.
if i told you i didnt went to a doctor you also think like that?
i am afraid that you heard i have beeninmy family doctor so you count of this with no offence.
maybe she missed something i am very very worried and anoxius
This diarrhea is probably unrelated.
One or two episodes of diarrhea will not cause significant weight loss, like 10%, as in lymphoma. So this diarrhea won't be linked to lymphoma.
Even without you seeing a family physician, I would not think of lymphoma as a major diagnosis but would have recommended a visit to the physician for a general check up.
why to do general check if you said every think ok?
from the morning i didnt did any loose stool may it can be from major stress?
sorry for lot of question i suufer from anexity from ilness
10% weight loss in 6 months is significant.
I feel everything is OK from the symptoms but without examining you. That is a big shortcoming, hence the recommendation to get a general checkup to exclude enlarged lymph nodes or organs.
Anxiety can cause diarrhea too, so you really need to cut down on it.
at night i little sweat not drenching but little..,can it be from the stress.
beacuse yesterday i didnt ate very well beacuse of the morning dieriea i lost about 1 kg i am afraid that this will lead me to lymphoma symptom weight lost.
I am really depressed i dont what to do any more and i appricaite you help.
i walking like i already have some cancer , i cant be with my family , i don't know what to do more.
Sorry doctor i didnt understand your answer.
what about the lost weight i mentioned as sign of lymphoma see my early message.
i am moving around like those my last days due to lymphoma.
Stress explains all of your symptoms.
You should see any professional regarding the stress and manage it at the earliest, which includes medicines and other behavioral techniques. Then only the symptoms will subside.
This much weight loss can be because of diarrhea.
If you lose 1 liter fluid because of diarrhea, and not replenish it by fluids, then you lose 1 kg weight overnight. This is not the case in lymphoma where overnight weight loss is not possible. It is a slow process. Hence I am not considering lymphoma.
Stress causes increase in heart rate, diarrhea, little drenching, all your symptoms and you sound terribly stressed.
every thing was normal
So it only confirms our initial thought process. That's really good.
my doctor said that it still ok and no need to worrie beacuse its just bit over the normal .
what do you think? i am little worrie
Yes, not to worry.
The CRP is only borderline high and it can be explained by diarrhea you had.
This is in no way suggestive of a serious infection, let alone tumor.
Yes, I meant not tumor.
Sorry, if I was not clear enough. I meant it is not a tumor.
you mean not tumor?
What considers high in tumor crp level in mg/dl?
Yes, very far.
That's what I have been saying from the beginning. You really need to stop worrying.
I am eating good , more then i need in order to show my seldf that i gain weight and i keep gain 1 kg and then day after i loose 0.5 kg , my weight is between 91.5-90.5 kg its like this almost month.
i very worried about cancer!!
my heart beat is always near 80-90bpm , i go to toilete and have belly cramp from anexity , i really dont know what to do anymore .
could you please on your answer , answer on all aspects.
Cut down on anxiety.
Thanks for following up.
It seems to me that you are doing quite well. Your weight is stable, your heart rate is normal and reports are normal. Belly cramps can be because of anxiety.
Only thing is this anxiety which is troubling you. I sincerely feel that you should let go of this fear. That will help in you many ways.
Maybe some low dose anxiolytics can help.
Hope this helps.
do you really think weight is stable , while it goes yp and down in 1.5kg diffrence?
also if something was wrong until now i have been loosing more weight?
why i am still moist at night while i woke up in the night, its not drenching but its moist after wake up from dream?
Yes, it is stable.
Some day to day variation is expected, this much is acceptable and hence weight is very much stable.
Being moist at the time of waking is also not qualifying as drenching night sweats. It will not need any further evaluation in my opinion.
