Do Dizziness And Vomiting After Intercourse Suggest Pregnancy?

Question: I had my first baby by last year augest and I had sex with my husband by this April and I am having dizziness and slight vomiting feel went to doctor and scanned the result was negative and doctor said there is a small water ball is there and after delivery to till date I didn't get my periods so doctor gave me sysron n tablet for ten days to get periods. My doubt is am I pregnant again or another issue I have
