Do Delayed Periods Suggest Pregnancy?
Question: My period is delayed by 3 days and i had sex 16days ago im not sure if this resulted in my pregnency

There are chances of pregnancy as you have missed your periods by three days. Further you had intercourse 16 days ago. You were probably in the ovulation period that time (provided you have regular periods). Therefore it is possible you are pregnant now.
I would suggest you to go for urine pregnancy test (UPT) for confirmation.

Okay doctor so can i go with aspiration method if i prefer to abort ? And i stay in XXXXXXX will there be any issues as im not married ?

If you want to abort, medical termination of pregnancy is much safer since you would be very early in your pregnancy at present.
MTP kits (containing mifepristone and misoprostol) are available with doctor's prescription.
If the medical methods fail, then we go for surgical methods like manual vaccuum aspiration or dilatation and curettage.
I do not think there should be any problem in XXXXXXX
You can visit Vani-Vilas hospital (Govt. hospital) in XXXXXXX for further assistance.
