Do Regestrone Tablets Have Negative Effects On Pregnancy?

Question: I have taken regestrone tablets for 10 days post which I have got my periods three days after stopping taking the tablets.. I did not get my period for the nextcycle.. I have got a home pregnancy test which shows positive... Does the regestrone have any effect on my baby?
