Brief Answer:
No,they will not thin the blood.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Levothyroxine is a replacement for thyroid hormone and it is given when the thyroid does not produce enough of this hormone on its own (Hypothyroidism).
The drug has exactly the same effects that thyroid hormone ,produced by your thyroid gland, has in your body.It regulate's the body's energy and metabolism.
As any other drugs it has possible side effects that may occur or not.The only way the drug affect the blood is that it can cause high blood pressure.
The drug does not cause any changes in blood components and does not thin the blood.

Nifedipine belongs to a class of medications called calcium channel blockers that are used to treat angina (heart pain), high blood pressure, and abnormal heart rhythms. It works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily.
Side effects of nifedipine are generally mild, and reversible. The most common side effects include headache, dizziness, flushing, and edema of the lower extremities.

It doesn't have any significant effect in your blood. It does not thin your blood.
The only possible effect in blood is that Nifedipine decreases platelet aggregation and can increase bleeding time in some patients.
This doesn't mean that when you take Nifedipin your blood is thinner and you can bleed easily but only means that if you get cut or hurt your bleeding can last a few seconds more than in people who don't use Nifedipin.

If your concern was if these drugs can make your blood thinner and cause bleeding,You don't need to worry because they don't have this effect.

Hope my answer has helped. If you have any further question please feel free to ask,I will be happy to help.

Best Regards.

Brief Answer:
Foods high in Vitamin K can thick your blood.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

The foods that can thick your blood are those that are high in Vitamin K.
Vitamin K plays a key role in helping the blood clot, preventing excessive bleeding.
Foods that contain vitamin K include the following:
1)Dark Green leafy vegetables have the highest amount of vitamin K : XXXXXXX collards, spinach, green beans and soybeans, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, green leaf lettuce.
2) Certain fruits :Blackberries ,blueberries, plums, avocado and kiwi.
3) Certain Nuts :Cashews and Chestnuts are the best choices. Pistachios, Pine Nuts and Hazelnuts are great as well.

You should be careful not to eat too much of these foods high in Vitamin K. Considering your age you should take only 90 micrograms a day of Vitamin K.
If you think your blood is thin (spontaneous bruising, bleed to easily etc) you should first consult your doctor ,get examined and run some blood tests to know for sure that your blood is thin, and then take the right treatment including foods that are high in Vitamin K.

If your only concern is that taking Nifedipine and Levothyroxin is going to thin your blood and for this reason you need to eat foods that thick you blood, I can tell that you don't need to do that. These drugs doesn't thin you blood.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
