1. Niacin pills will take time to flush out methamphetamine and other drugs from your system. The flushing out effect depends on the amount of drugs in your system and the time duration between taking niacin and the drug test.It will not happen immediately.

2. Drinking adequate amounts of water and fluids too will help flush out the methamphetamine from your system. Meth can be flushed out of your system in 5 days in adults.

3. Therefore it will be better to get tested 5 days from your last drug consumption and also drink adequate amounts of water to flush it out. Taking niacin will not do much help within a short period of time.
