Do Loratadine And Claratin Have The Same Composition?

Question: I was using cvs brand of loratadine and now i got target brand. They are both 10mg and say compare to Claratin. Will there any significant differences in the different brands?

Loratadine is a second-generation H1 histamine antagonist drug used to treat allergies.Adult Dose-10 mg orally once a day.
Claritin is also another brand of Loratadine.
Technically there should not be any significant differences as the parent compound remains same.
