Kenalog is not normally associated with dark eyes unless it was applied in this area.

Kenalog can potentially cause hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin) in some persons, (though can cause the opposite in others) so it is possible that when applied in a particular area, it can potentially cause darkening.

The most common causes of dark circles are:(1) fatigue
(2)allergies primarily because of rubbing the eyes
(3)hereditary
(4)sun exposure
