Brief Answer:
No need of medical attention at this point, take cautions at home.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

* The alteration level of cholesterol parameters are within certain limits, which does not
warrant immediate medical attention.

* With due precautions, you can easily bring it to fair control levels at home itself.

I would like to guide in this regard as

- Diet management to avoid dairy, spices, non veg, junk foods as much as possible
- Prefer high fiber with green leafy veg, cereals, pulses, legumes, organic fresh fruits
- Drink plenty of liquids
- Regular walking, exercises, YOGA
- Avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming
- Avoid stress, anxiety
- Manage regular sound sleep of 7-8 hours
- Keep regular record of body weight on weekly basis and maintain it

* Advisable to take a repeat test of cholesterol after 3 months to compare the data.

Hope this will help you to understand the issue.
Feel free to ask further doubts anytime.
Wish you great health.
