Thanks for posting your query

Dizziness along with tingling can be due to Blood pressure changes,Blood sugar fluctuation, Anemia, Ear infections etc. Bactrum and Penicillin also cause effects on Kidney and liver and can affect Blood cells.I hope your Healthcare Provider is aware of your Kidney stone.

Did the doctor assess your menstrual history, women at your age are likely to be anemic because of excess blood loss during menstrual periods. Kindly get an Hemogram done with the help of your doctor.

Some suggestions for you:
1)Get up slowly from the bed and wait for few minutes.
2)Avoid activities as driving or operating any machine.
3)Drink lots of water.
4)Take ginger in any form.It helps in these symptoms.
5)Avoid caffeine,alcohol,ice tea,soda etc.Have high protein diet.
6)Have a mixture of black pepper, lemon and salt as it will reduce dizziness.

Hope this answers your query.I will be avaialble for follow up if any.
