Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms you are having are common during first three months of pregnancy.
Associated anaemia is commonly responsible for severe symptoms.
Get yourself examined by a Gynecologist so that she can evaluate you thoroughly and conduct few tests like,

1.) Complete Blood Count
2.) Liver Function Tests
3.) Thyroid Function Tests
4.) Ultrasound scan (If necessary)
The symptoms of vomitting, nausea and fatigue can be easily controlled by proper medical care. Please do not worry. Your gynecologist will advise you an appropriate treatment and supplements after a thorough examination.
In the meantime follow some lifestyle modifications which will help control your symptoms,
1.) Eat fiber XXXXXXX fresh fruits and XXXXXXX leafy vegetables and avoid foods which are not easily digestible and fatty foods
2.) Have six small meals instead of 3 large meals
3.) Drink plenty of fluids
4.) Have adequate rest.
Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Wishing you good health.
