Diet Plan For A 7 Month Old Baby

Question: My daughter is 7 & half months old now. She is having oats, fruit, dal rice kichdi n vegies like carrots, lauki, pumpkin, beetroot, sweet potato, peas with a little ghee. She is a tiny baby measures 64cm in length , 6.5kgs weight but v active, is sitting witout support, babbles a lot. Was born 2.87kgs. Wanted to know if i can start Eggs now n if yes should i give yellow or white n how to cook it? Also, can other vegies like cauliflower, spinach, tomamto, brocoli etc can be started now? Dry fruits power like almonds, walnuts? Cheese, curd ?
She takes less water..i am still nursing

Please refer to the below for foods which can be introduced to your baby in the appropriate months:

1) 4 to 5 months - cereals - iron-fortified baby rice, barley or oatmeal cereal (dry).

2) 5 to 6 months- vegetables like Carrots squash. sweet potatoes, peas, XXXXXXX beans, spinach and beets

3) 6 to 7 months     - fruits,- XXXXXXX juice(without skin) strained fruits; wheat,
toast (without butter) mixed and high protein baby cereals (dry).

4) 7 to 8 months      - meat and meat alternates:Strained meats: beef, liver, alternates chicken, egg yolks - Cooked
Dried beans (put through a sieve to remove skins), easily mashed vegetables and fruits.

5) 8 to 10 months - cheese, plain yogurt, finger foods like sliced meats ,soft cooked meats
cottage cheese, mild yellow cheese, soft cooked vegetables XXXXXXX beans, carrot coins cut in quarters, Macaroni and cheese, spaghetti. beans and rice, homemade soups and stews
tender chicken and tuna fish

6) 10 to 12 months - finger foods like whole egg (at 12 months),      banana slices, pear slices. peach slices, watermelon , cheese slices and macaroni


Nuts will not be introduced until the baby is one year, but supervision is a must because of chances of choking.
