I read your query and saw the reports you have attached.

1) The report is wrong. It shows 65 % of sperms are active and motile. It means that your semen count is normal. There is no question of Asthenospermia.

2) Your sperms are perfectly healthy and need no treatment.

3) Please get semen analysis done from a reputed laboratory which gives accurate values based on WHO 2010 criteria.
