Develop Gas Often And Paunch. Have Slight Fatty Liver. Remedy?

Question: hi ,
I am a 46yrs old male . I develop gas often and from past few months the area right hand side of my
my stomach gets stiff , strained ,heavy and as if hard which makes me uncomfortable to sit . Off late i have
developed a paunch from 38" to 42" . i have slight fatty liver as per the ultrasound .

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Increase of weight,development of paunch,fatty liver and having gas for many months point towards a sedentary lifestyle with probable intake of alcohol on regular basis.
Stiffness in right hand side of your stomach could be due to fatty liver.
You must get a complete body profile checked up which includes LFT,BLOOD SUGAR FASTING AND PP,THYROID FUNCTION TESTS,LIPID PROFILE,SERUM CALCIUM,SERUM VIT D AND VIT B 12.
For change of lifestyle I advise you for following..
Quit smoking if any.
Moderate your alcohol
Avoid greasy,oily,junk foods and colas
Eat more of fresh fruits and green vegetables
Take plenty of water.
Take good sleep
Eat less at dinner time
Do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day.
